The beach in front (or behind) of Casa Corselli is sandy and slopes gently into relatively calm surf. Perfect for swimming and playing, maybe a little beginner surfing. Walk across the porch and through the yard and there it is-FANTASTIC!
Are you an experienced surfer looking for one of the most heralded surf breaks on the west coast? You'll have to walk about 1/3 of a mile to the south where you can experience The BOOM!
Surfers come from all over the world to experience the Boom but when you are staying at Casa Corselli it is right out your back door. Popular but rarely crowded due to it being a bit removed from the more busy areas.

Where is Casa Corselli?
Casa Corselli is on Asseradores Beach which is immediately south of Punta Aposentillo.
From the Managua airport you travel north approximately four hours through towns like Leon and Chinandega. About thirty minutes past Chinandega you make a left turn to the Marina Puesta del Sol and follow the road to the beach, making a left turn where it ends and few yards away you are there.
